Hunting Turkey

Turkey hunts are provided on private land along the North Platte River between Broadwater and Oshkosh, NE.  Hunters can purchase up to three state wide turkey permits online from the Nebraska Game Commission's website at www.OutdoorNebraska.org, and find additional turkey hunting information, rules and regulations, including permit and habitat stamp fees in the Spring Turkey Hunting Guide (which can be downloaded).

Turkey Season Spring only

Shotgun:· Mid April – Mid May
Archery:· Mid March – Mid May
Location In the North Platte valley in Garden and Morrill Counties
Cost $450 per bird for a two-day hunt
Provided Target range for patterning or shooting your shotgun or bow after the trip
Ground blinds (optional), blind chairs, decoys
Field dressing

Shotgun, ammunition, bow, arrows, calls
Lodging and meals
Meat shipping and handling to your residence
